The Hotel premises include two Lobbies with adjoining office space and sanitary facilities.
On the base level of the entrance is the main Lobby area with all the necessary facilities for reception and customer service.
The upper Lobby is conveniently located on the level of the Social Zone to serve Members, Residents, and Hotel customers on the pools, terraces, or meeting rooms of the Social Area.
The Social Area of the Hotel occupies the two upper floors of the residential building and in its area has two infinity pools, a children’s section with a shallow pool, and an upper terrace with a Jacuzzi whirlpool and sun lounger area.
On this terrace will also be a table area, which will be served from the upper lobby, taking and issuing orders to customers directly in the Social Area.
For various events and meetings on the first level of the Social Area, there is a room designed for this purpose.

On the fourth level of the commercial block are the Spa rooms with an adjacent terrace, Jacuzzi, Sauna, and a Turkish bath.
